A famous talented artist – Rajshree Patange has endeavoured to create innovative and creative artwork and displayed the same in various reputed art galleries in India and abroad. She has worked in contemporary style earlier but later on, her perspectives underwent tremendous changes and development.

Philosophy

Rajshree has deep fascination with cosmic energy, its vivid vignettes and the ensuing motivation from the inner subconscious mind. These instincts have together encouraged her to focus on numerous enlightening aspects and ethnic perspectives of the omnipresent form of energy on a global plane. She has been inspired to a considerable extent by the vivid perspectives of cosmic energy and the significance of tranquillity and elixir in human psychology and human soul though the divine nectar of peace and liberation of human soul and spirits from the woes of agony and gloom. She has artistically amalgamated vivid iconic symbolic metaphors in her work in order to obtain the desired visual effects. This has, in turn, rendered a different perspective and visual dimension to her endeavours on cosmic relevance on an aesthetic yet divine eternal plane to incorporate therein, the subtle nuances of various chakras, vivid forms of cosmic energies and their interactive perspectives in apt arenas so as to adorn the creative work with the desired eternal and divine visual parameters.

Techniques

Rajshree has worked in all mediums viz. water colours, oil and acrylic colours and mixed media on canvas using dilution method followed by allowing for transparent, layered washes, then giving a flow of light transparent or semi-transparent colours usually yellow shades, overlapping it with warm colours naturally while drying first and then opaque cool colours by often employing the ‘Focal Point’ for balance.
